SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-orders
Some pieces are released on a pre-order basis, produced in limited quantities.
Pre-order items are crafted and dispatched within 30 days of purchase. The
estimated window is shown on the product page.

Processing time
In-stock items are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Shipping rates & delivery
— France: Point Relais €8 / Home €10 / Express next-day €12 (1–5 business days).
— Europe: Point Relais €10 / Home €15 (3–6 business days).
— United Kingdom: €15 (3–5 business days).
— Rest of world (USA, Canada, Asia, Japan…): €30 (4–8 business days).

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs, duties & taxes
Orders outside the EU may incur import duties and taxes on arrival, payable by
the recipient and not included in the order total.
